ORDER AND SHIPMENT POLICY



General Information

The prices shown on this website are in US Dollars  All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.



Delivery Location

We offer shipment delivery to Worldwide customers unless specified.



Standard Delivery Times

We shall send out your order 6 - 8 weeks after receiving 100% payment. Tracking numbers (for shipments over US$100.00) would be provided 2 to 3 working days after the parcels have been dispatch.


(For peak Post seasons, for example X'mas in US/CANADA/EUROPE and other major festivals/holidays in different countries, the delivery lead time may stretch for a few more days.) You may request for special express shipment arrangements with a surcharge.


We are not responsible for your local custom duties and taxes.


All items are checked to be in perfect condition when we dispatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or damage during shipment or by customs checking.



Mis-delivered/Returned Parcels

We are not responsible if your parcel is mis-delivered or returned to us due to:

1. Incomplete/no postal code/wrong/invalid delivery address provided during order confirmation.

2. Customer failed to pick up the parcel at the local post/courier office.

If your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you with a surcharge for shipping and handling fee.



Warranty

We offer a one year warranty period from the day of receipt of the products for most our products except those specified. In case the product failed within the warranty period, you can return the defected product back to us for verification. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. 

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for sending the product back to us.

Please contact us for the procedure as different products may have different handling procedures.



Order Cancellation

If we have not dispatched your parcel yet, you may still cancel your order upon our approval and contact us within 24 hours after confirming the order. A 10% administration fees of the order amount will be imposed. This does not apply to items which we find to be obsolete.  We shall contact you for either an alternative item or full refund.  Due to different order conditions, we shall have the right to make the finial decision to accept your order cancellation or not.
